George Ballew has worked alongside children and teens with neurodiverse challenges since 2006. He enjoys digging into the "why" behind Autism and strategies focusing on the root of development. His years of clinical practice have provided the skillset necessary to guide youth and their parents to brighter futures.

Neil has been working with teenagers with Autism and other neurodiverse challenges since 2012. He specializes in developing life-changing systems and programs that help foster lasting change for individuals and their families.

Liz Banner, M.Ed., was blessed with a child with special needs that forever changed her perspective on raising children. She changed her professional endeavors and concentrated on Special Education and administration. Liz has spent two decades working with children with autism and has loved every minute. She loves working with families to help and support their students. She loves spending time with family, being outdoors, and being with friends.
