Teen Rally is September 29, 2012 and is a 2-mile walk or a 3.1 (5K) run/jog.
Teen Rally is an awareness event and incorporates principles of education, counseling and advocacy to promote the overall wellness of vulnerable youth within our local communities. Teen Rally is hosted by Heritage Schools in Provo Utah near the River Woods Mall. Teen Rally is also co-sponsored by the following organizations:

8:00 a.m. – Registration: provide each person with a bag of educational materials and a bandana.8:30 a.m. – At-risk youth presentation (Pat Davis Performing Arts Center). Emphasize the direct impact of mental illness, substance abuse, and severe psychosocial stressors in the lives of adolescents and discuss shared accountability initiatives. 9:00 a.m. – Begin the run/walk. The course will begin and end at Heritage. It will run down University Avenue and weave in and out of the River Woods Mall area. Volunteers will distribute drinks and direct traffic. 10:00 a.m. – Give away prizes and enjoy refreshments.
Support Categories: Please select one of the following categories. Your selection should represent an area in which you personally struggle, have struggled or with which you have supported or currently do support as a care provider. The color associated with each category will be highlighted throughout the event. Upon registration you will be given a bandana in this color and will be invited to carry it with you throughout event. Participants are encouraged to come to the event fully dressed in the color of the category in which they choose to support.

Any person or organization can support Teen Rally through a monetary donation. 100% of the contribution will be directed to the overall execution of the event as managed by Heritage Schools. It should be stated that given the minimal registration fee, Teen Rally will need sponsorship support! The registration fee was lowered simply to encourage more people to engage.
