Family Services is a unique service provided by Heritage for our clients’ parents and/or guardians. Since the direct care staff are so busy working with the clients, parents need someone who can answer general questions regarding how their child is getting along or program questions such as what you can include in a care package or how you make travel arrangements to come and visit your child, etc. Family Services provides that service for the clients’ families. We want our parents to feel like they are a part of their child’s Heritage experience and to know that their child is safe and being well cared for.
